How we process data
The legal basis for processing personal data in relation to site security is our legitimate interests, and the legitimate interests of our users, in ensuring the security and integrity of www.bjgreen.co.uk
Where your data is processed and stored
My website processes all data on a shared cloud hosting server provided by Krystal Hosting. Krystal Hosting states "We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know." Krystal Hosting are not able to access any website data unless permitted so by website administrators or employees with access to our server.
Once your data has been processed, it is not stored on the server and is sent via email to the respective recipient with the domain ending in @bjgreen.co.uk.
In the case that your submission fails, it will continue to be stored on the server till the webmaster has confirmed whether the submission is valid. In the event a submission fails, an email is sent to the webmaster containing the details you entered along with your IP address for moderation. If the submission breaches our terms of service, we will use the IP address provided to prevent access to my website and servers.
How long we keep your data
SplitBee Analytics is set to delete data past 12 months of activity on my website, however in the event that I exceed my "log quota", data may be deleted earlier on, however SplitBee does not contain any personally identifiable content.
Data submitted via email may be kept indefinitely however once your project has passed, I will delete your project details.
The only cookies my website belong to third parties, such as YouTube video embeds. I place no cookies for analytics (hence why I don't have a cookie pop-up any more!)
